About the Mevlana Exchange Program
The Mevlana Exchange Program enables the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions in Türkiye and those abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 23 August 2011 and numbered 28034, the framework for student and academic staff exchange between Turkish higher education institutions and international higher education institutions was officially established.
Unlike other exchange programs, the Mevlana Exchange Program encompasses all higher education institutions worldwide without any geographical restrictions.
Students who wish to participate in the program may study at an international higher education institution for a minimum of one and a maximum of two semesters. Academic staff may benefit from the program to teach abroad for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months. Likewise, students and academic staff from all regions of the world may come to higher education institutions in Türkiye within the scope of the program.
