The Rector of Yalova University, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bahçekapılı, paid an official visit to the International Balkan University (IBU), where he was received by IBU Rector Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar for meetings aimed at strengthening academic cooperation and building a sustainable institutional partnership. The meeting was also attended by Yalova University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu and IBU Vice Rector Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lökçe.
The visit concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that establishes a comprehensive framework for collaboration in the fields of education, research and cultural exchange. Through this agreement, the two institutions aim to expand student and staff mobility, develop joint academic programs and courses, advance shared research projects and support scientific activities and academic events, thereby enhancing long-term cooperation between Yalova University and International Balkan University.
