#ErasmusDays 2025 Events Held at Yalova University

The Erasmus Office of the Foreign Relations Coordination Office organized a series of #ErasmusDays events between 13–18 October 2025, including an information stand, meetings with student clubs, an experience-sharing program, and a prize-winning quiz, all of which attracted considerable interest.

As part of the Europe-wide #ErasmusDays 2025 celebrations, the Yalova University Erasmus Office carried out several activities for students as well as academic and administrative staff. Throughout the week, questions about the Erasmus+ Programme were answered, returning students shared their experiences, and workshops designed for student communities enriched the campus atmosphere. The program concluded on Friday, 17 October, with a cultural trip to Bursa.

Event Highlights

13 October (10:00–16:00) – Erasmus+ Information Stand:

In front of Aytaç Café at the Student Life Center. Throughout the day, participants received information regarding Erasmus+ application procedures, language requirements, partner universities, and grant conditions.

13 October (10:00–16:00) – International Student Club Activities:

Meet-and-greet and interaction activities aimed at strengthening the culture of internationalization on campus.

14 October (13:30–15:30) – Erasmus+ Information & Experience Sharing Session + Prize Quiz:
Held at the 15 July Conference Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The Erasmus Office provided a comprehensive presentation, and returning students shared their practical insights. A quiz was held at the end of the event, and the top three participants received surprise awards.

15 October (13:30–15:30) – Painting Club “Paper & Paper Mache Sculpture” Workshop: A creative workshop organized at the Student Life Center, enabling students to engage in artistic activities together.

17 October – Bursa Cultural Trip:

A cultural excursion to Bursa was organized with Erasmus exchange students studying at Yalova University. Iconic landmarks such as Ulu Mosque, Kozahan, and the Tophane district were visited as part of the program.
